 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a great 2 bedroom apartment with an outside area. It’s clean and modern, our stay was very comfortable. Its location is also great. We only stayed for a night before our early flight, but it is perfect longer stays as well. It is a self check-in unit, payment can be made by card if you request it.

 Verified Perfect place for a short stay in Arusha ☺Serenita Homes is an absolutely amazing place to stay while visiting Arusha. Irene’s home is large, modern and impeccably clean and inviting. The bed is extremely comfortable which is perfect for a good nights sleep after a long flight or for your vacation. There is a cozy courtyard for relaxing.  Verified Overall, the apartment is good enough for 4 people stay. ☺Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. ☹The apartment door knob was stuck, and we have to call the helper to come to assist us.  Since it is stuck, the door cannot be locked, however, the gate is locked, so we felt ok. The bedsheet in one of the room is not clean, we have to have the helper changed that.

Had good internet, was good enough for a night before we went for safari. ☹All the doors (inside and outside in the yard) were triple locked which made us worried about the area, although we didn't go out much at Arusha.

 Verified We enjoyed our stay here for a night before our safari. VerySpacious and comfortable.We ate out at the Spices and Herbs Ethiopian Restaurant which we walked to in daylight then got a Tuk Tuk back, recommended!Lovely outside seating area at the apartment to relax.

 Verified We had a great stay here. As soon as we walked in the door we found the apartment to be beautifully presented with nice furniture and spotlessly clean throughout. Irene was very helpful especially with our late check-out when our rental car wasn't ready on time. The apartment is in a great Central location but is secure behind a locked gate and was very quiet and peaceful at night. I'd highly recommend this apartment and I'd stay again next time I'm in Arusha.

 Verified I booked the Serenity Homes in Ngaramtoni ya Chini for myself and a work colleague who had her baby and a nanny with her. We booked for one week for a business trip. The house was perfect for us, and had a functioning kitchen with all amenities, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, is very secure, and had a good energy and vibe around it. The caretaker is very friendly and respectful, and the hosts responded to every single request quickly, and resolved outstanding issues. Eg. The WiFi went down for a bit late and night and I had a deadline, and I was pleasantly surprised that the host worked with me and also contacted the internet provider to get things back online. I made the deadline. Arusha isn’t the easiest place to manage basic marmites like water/electricity/internet and we had all those things without any real issues. Water and electricity with a baby is particularly important. I will book again. Thank you for the week.

 Verified een 100% aanrader, geweldig. ruim, utstekende keukenvoorzieningen. functionele badkamer. tijdens verblijf werd schoongemaakt, zelfs de afwas gedaan. In centrum Arusha, veel restaurants en ontbijt en lunch gelegenheden binnen 100 meter. door plaats naast een wisselkantoor, wat erg handig is, voor de deur 24/7 bewapende bewaking, voelt zeer safe. Irene is uiterst vriendelijk en reageert snel. De woonkamer is zeer ruim. Natuurlijk is er geen warm water als in Arsuah de stroom uitvalt, dan zit de hele stad zonder water. Maar door de generator heb jij altijd stroom. als de waterdruk niet wegvalt, merk je niet dat de hele stad zonder stroom zit. de Afrika ganger weet dit is zeer hoge kwaliteit voor een lage prijs. Ik kom al 30 jaar in Afrika, en ruim 20 jaar in Arusha, dit is de beste plaats. het slaat elk hotel. je eigen ontbijt, lekker en goedkoop, supermarkt op 100m. Drankwinkel op 100 m. En minstens 5 restaurants op 100 m. Wisselkantoor naast de deur, met een betere koers dan de bank.
